Discounts: Children up to the age of 3 are free, children up to the age of 8 pay 50%, children up to the age of 15 pay 80%
Room only with breakfast: We deduct EUR 20.00 per person and night.
Surcharge for short stays/1 night: EUR 7.00 per person
Room requests: we will do our best, to take care of your special room requests
Your arrival
Check in is possible form 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
We cannot guarantee, that your room will be ready for occupancy before 2:00 p.m.
Please let us know before arrival, when you will be arriving so that we can tell you whether your room is available earlier.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
If you arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please contact us for a late check in.
In case you have to cancel
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
- up to 14 days before arrival we charge 30% of your booking price
- up to 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of your booking price
- up to 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of your booking price
- In the event of a later cancellation or early departure, we will charge you 100% of your booking price
